Terms of Use.

1. Using Fat Coffee

By using fat.coffee, placing a self-pickup order or joining Fat Rewards, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate contact details and use the service lawfully. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use Fat Rewards.

2. Orders and payment

Current products, options, prices, discounts and availability are shown at checkout. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation. Pickup times are estimates; we will contact you if a material delay or product issue affects your order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full card details. You authorise the stated charge when you submit payment.

3. Pickup, cancellations and refunds

Collect your order at the address and time shown in your private order confirmation. Contact us promptly if you need help. Because drinks are prepared for a selected time, customer-requested cancellations may not always be possible after preparation starts.

We may cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it, if payment cannot be verified or if the order breaches these terms. An approved refund is returned through the original payment method; bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

4. Fat Rewards membership

Fat Rewards is available to customers who sign in with a valid email address. One person should use one account. You are responsible for access to your email and for activity under your account. We may correct duplicate, mistaken, fraudulent or reversed entries.

New members receive the welcome amount displayed in their account after verifying their email. Welcome beans do not represent a purchase and may be awarded once per person.

5. Earning and harvesting beans

Eligible paid drinks earn beans. Gifts, free drinks, merchandise, test orders, cancelled orders and refunded purchases do not qualify. For self pickup, sign in before ordering; beans are credited after successful payment. For Grab orders, write MEMBER in the order notes to receive a bean code, then harvest it while signed in within 14 days of purchase.

Each valid bean code may be harvested once. Codes are tied to their purchase details and cannot be sold or transferred. We may void a code issued in error or connected to a cancelled, refunded or ineligible order.

6. Tiers and BeanBoosts

Your tier is based on the timing of eligible paid orders across both Grab and self pickup. Order again 3–8 Singapore calendar days after the order that set your current window to advance one tier, or to keep Fultimate. An order within 0–2 days earns at your current tier without moving that window. After 8 days, the next eligible order starts again at Fat.

The tier is shared across ordering methods; the method used for that order sets its beans-per-cup rate. For example, a Grab order at Fat followed seven days later by self pickup advances to Very Fat and earns 13 beans per eligible cup.

7. 2X BEANBOOST

Your first eligible Grab bean-code harvest may automatically receive extra beans equal to its usual earnings, including its tier rate, up to the first-harvest cap shown in your account. Self-pickup orders do not use this one-time offer.

We may also run a 2X BEANBOOST promotion. Eligible orders placed while it is live receive extra beans equal to their usual earnings, up to the promotion’s per-order cap. Eligibility and the cap are fixed when the order is placed, even if a Grab code is harvested later. If the first-harvest offer and a promotion apply together, only the larger eligible bonus is awarded. Offers do not stack and do not change your tier.

8. Gifts, expiry and reversals

Beans expire 365 days after they are earned, with oldest beans used first. The catalogue, bean prices and availability may change. Redeeming beans creates a gift code for the named item. Use it with an eligible paid drink order before its displayed expiry. One gift may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel an unused gift in your account. Returned beans keep their original earn date and expiry and may already have expired. Used, expired or voided gift codes cannot be restored. If an order that earned beans is cancelled or refunded, those beans and any related tier progress may be reversed.

9. Emails, privacy and cookies

We use the details you provide to operate orders, send sign-in links, maintain rewards records, prevent misuse and send service emails for order confirmation, ready-for-pickup and cancellation or refund updates. These service emails are part of fulfilling your order.

Stripe handles payment data. We use necessary storage to keep the site working and optional analytics only according to your Cookie Preferences. See the information shown when you manage those preferences for the current analytics choices. We retain records only as reasonably needed for operations, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

10. Service changes and responsibility

We may close ordering, change the menu or update Fat Rewards. Material changes apply prospectively unless needed to correct an error, prevent abuse or comply with law. We may suspend accounts or codes where we reasonably suspect misuse, while preserving valid statutory rights.

The site may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Fat Coffee is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
