Your tier, explained.

Four tiers: Fat, Very Fat, Super Fat, and Fultimate. Their BeanBoosts add 0, 1, 2, or 3 beans per cup. Grab earns 10, 11, 12, then 13 beans per cup; pickup earns 12, 13, 14, then 15. Order again in 3–8 Singapore calendar days to move up a tier or keep Fultimate. Both ordering methods share one tier progression.
Your repeat-order timing sets one shared tier. The ordering method then sets that tier’s beans-per-cup rate.

Earn beans

Signed-in self pickup earns 12–15 beans per eligible cup automatically after payment. On Grab, write MEMBER in your notes, then harvest with your bean code here within 14 days for 10–13 beans per cup.

Grab and self pickup share the same tier. You can alternate between them: an eligible repeat order moves your tier first, then earns the rate for its ordering method at that tier.

2X BEANBOOST

2X BEANBOOST adds a bonus equal to your order’s usual earnings, including its tier rate, up to the offer’s cap. The cap limits extra beans per order, not your total.

If your first harvest also qualifies for a promotion, you get the larger eligible bonus once. Bonuses do not stack, and your automatic first-harvest bonus is used.

Use a gift

Choose a gift and exchange your beans for a code. Enter it in Grab notes or select it during signed-in pickup checkout with your next paid drink order. One gift per order.

Expiry & cancellations

Beans expire 365 days after earning. Oldest beans are used first. Cancel an unused gift to return its beans with their original expiry.
